Just add all 10 digits of mobile number and convert this addition into single digit.

1,2,4,7	1

for e.g
suppose, my basic number is 1 , now i want to select new lucky mobile number. for e.g if that mobile number is : 9945213679.
now add all digits, in this case addition is coming on 55. now convert it into single digit.
i.e 55-->5+5-->10-->1+0-->1
so, This number will be lucky for me. 


Whose Basic number is 5 then look for addition coming on these numbers like 41,50,59,68.


and for basic numbers 3,6,9, addition should be on 33,39,42,48,51,57..... to bring on 3 or 6
