If we calculate "IDEA" in numbers,
IDEA= 1 + 4 + 5 + 1 = 11 , its coming on 11 which is ordinary number as such. So, what they done is instead of writing "I" they replaced with "!" which represent nothing or value of "!" is 0. So, !DEA now is coming on 10 which is great number among other numbers.
